I had heard that a perfect pairing for bubbles, or sparkling wine, is popcorn so I had to give it a try.
Since we were already enjoying Chandon Brut Classic, I popped up some simple Jolly Time microwave popcorn and tasted the two together. I had to agree… perfect pairing! (But really, what isn’t fantastic with sparkling wine?)
